Amber Qvevri Wine AMBRE, CH’VENTAN

AMBRE amber qvevri wine from Kisi and Mtsvane grapes grown on the CH’VENTAN estate in Kakheti. Made the traditional Georgian way in a clay qvevri buried in the ground, fermenting on skins and stems — hence the amber colour, the tannic structure and a density unusual for white wine. Each vintage is deliberately left as its own story. Limited release; price to be announced.
