Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the BAZARI ARA website and orders placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or messenger. Until then, availability and the final total are not guaranteed. We may decline an order if an item has sold out.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within Tbilisi costs 10 ₾ and is added to the order total. Payment is made on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery within Tbilisi takes 2 hours from order confirmation, daily from 09:00 to 21:00. Times may be longer in bad weather or heavy traffic.

Farm products

Farm products are made in small batches, so taste, colour and weight may vary slightly between batches. This is a property of natural food, not a defect.

Returns

Return conditions are described in the separate Returns section. Food products of proper quality cannot be returned, except where Georgian law provides otherwise.
